When you think of therapy, you probably imagine sterile offices, high hourly rates, and rigid sessions that feel more clinical than personal. My work is nothing like that.
Often times therapy can seem awkward weird and uncomfortable if we're being honest. It can be embarrassing or even feel shameful to tell a complete stranger all your darkest moments and have their opinion feel like judgment rather than help.
Or sometimes it feels like you can't find the right person to talk to. You've tried and tried but you can't stick with a therapist which makes it hard to stuck with your goals and then the cycles start all over.
Maybe you just need someone to listen. Maybe you don't necessarily need someone to help you fix or guide your life in a better direction you need a listening or sound board someone to affirm the positive in you're life instead of chatgpt.
